The family behind Touch Point Farm

Our story

Built by a farm family, for farm families

We run Touch Point Farm, and for years we tried to manage it with the tools out there. They were expensive, they locked our records in the cloud, and when we needed help we got a call center that had never set foot in a barn.

So we built the software we wished we had — one that works offline in the aisle, keeps our data on our own computer, and costs one fair price instead of a forever bill. Then we shared it with other barns like ours.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Barn Office Organizer runs entirely on your Windows computer and works fully offline. You never need Wi-Fi or internet to open it or use any feature.

Where is my data stored?

In a single file on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud or to us. The app also keeps automatic local backups so your records are protected.

Is there a Mac version?

Not at this time. Barn Office Organizer is Windows desktop software.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

How do invoices work — can clients pay online?

You create invoices in the app and then print them or send them through your own email program. There's no built-in online card payment or client login portal — invoices go out the way you already send things.

Can I move it to a new computer?
